As it is an internally managed investment trust, the Company has not appointed an investment manager to provide it with investment managerial services. However, each of the Trusts has appointed the Investment Manager, Acheron Capital Limited, as their investment manager under the Investment Management Agreements with effect from the date of Admission. The Investment Manager is authorised and regulated by the FCA (under reference number 443685).
